1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used products for health and safety reasons.

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong product, incorrect size, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue,  send us an email and please provide the following:

- Your order number

- A description of the problem

- Clear photographs of the product and packaging

- Photographs showing any damage or leakage

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Wrong Size or Product Ordered by Customer

If you accidentally order the wrong size or product, please contact us before the order is dispatched. We will do our best to make the necessary changes.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

5. Change of Mind

Because we sell consumables goods, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds simply because a customer has changed their mind, unless required by applicable law.

6. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
